PASDACS is a technology and transformation company headquartered in Bengaluru, India. We standardise how the work runs, automate the repetitive layer, integrate the systems, put trustworthy numbers in front of decision-makers, and deploy AI under real governance - six capabilities, one accountable relationship. Our focus is the operational heart of a business - finance, supply chain and the functions around them - across industries and domains, and our promise is simple: modernise the work without losing the control, trust and judgement your reputation is built on.

Our story

Built because expertise deserves better than administration

PASDACS was founded in 2026 in Bengaluru on a straightforward observation: expertise is valuable, repetitive administration is not. In organisation after organisation, skilled hours drain into chasing documents, re-keying data and reconciling by hand; quality tracks whoever happened to do the work; and the numbers sit in five places, never ready to report on. Generic software vendors sell tools for pieces of that problem. We built PASDACS to be something different - a partner accountable from the first diagnostic through build, launch and support. We proved the model in one of the most demanding domains first: Chartered Accountancy practices, for whom we built AuArgus, our live practice platform - then again in retail, with LoyalVerse, our live loyalty, gift card and customer engagement platform, and again in education, with EdSeer, our live school ERP. The same discipline now serves finance, supply chain and operations teams across industries. We are a young company and we say so: the founding team brings more than 15 years of combined experience across consulting, engineering and operations, guided by a senior advisor with over 25 years in industry, and nothing on this site claims a track record we do not have.
