Our story
Built to close the gap between strategy and execution
PASDACS was founded in 2026 in Bengaluru on a straightforward observation: organisations rarely struggle for ideas — they struggle to connect strategy with the processes, systems, and data needed to execute it. Too many transformation programmes stop at recommendations. PASDACS was built to close that gap, bringing assessment, design, implementation, automation, and ongoing support together under one accountable partner. We are a young company by design, and deliberately honest about it: the founding team brings more than 15 years of combined experience across consulting, engineering, and operations, guided by a senior advisor with over 25 years in the industry — and everything you read on this site reflects what we can genuinely do today, not what a brochure wishes were true.
