Every team member has a structured learning path covering consulting skills, technology platforms, and domain knowledge. Senior colleagues mentor directly on live engagements, and internal knowledge sessions run regularly across capabilities.

Our hiring process

Apply
Submit your application against an open role or through the general application form. We read every application personally and get back to shortlisted candidates as quickly as we can.

Conversations
One or two discussions with the hiring team covering your experience, interests, and how you approach problems. This is two-way — ask us anything about the work and the company.

Case discussion
A practical exercise or case discussion relevant to the role — a process problem, a technical design, or an analysis task. We assess how you think, not whether you know a trick answer.

Offer
We make a clear, complete offer covering role, compensation, and growth expectations, and we stay in touch through your notice period to make joining smooth.
