We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data through this website, and we ask that you do not include it in free-text fields. Analytics data is collected only if you consent through the cookie banner — see the Cookie Policy.

4. How we use your information

We use personal information to:

• respond to enquiries and requests you submit through the website;
• assess applications and manage recruitment;

Form submissions are stored in a database operated for us by Cloudflare, and a copy of each submission (including any resume you attach) is delivered to our email inbox, which is hosted by Google. Both providers process this data as our service providers under their own security and privacy commitments.

6. Cookies and analytics

We use browser storage and, only with your consent, analytics, as described in our Cookie Policy. No analytics run unless you accept them through the consent banner.

7. Sharing of information

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with:

• the service providers that operate this website's infrastructure (Cloudflare) and our email (Google), under their contractual confidentiality and data-protection commitments;
• professional advisers, regulators, or authorities where required by law;
• a successor entity in the event of a corporate reorganisation, subject to this policy.

8. International transfers

PASDACS operates from India. Our website infrastructure (Cloudflare) and email (Google) are global services, so your submission may be stored or processed outside your own country — including in Europe, where our submissions database is located. We choose providers that apply recognised security and data-protection safeguards to such transfers.

9. Data retention

We retain enquiry, application, and subscription records only for as long as they are needed for the purposes described above, and delete them when they are no longer required. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below).

10. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, to withdraw consent, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

To exercise any of these rights, email info@pasdacs.com with the details of your request. We may ask you to verify your identity before acting on it, and we respond within the timelines required by applicable law.

Grievance redressal (India): in accordance with Indian law, grievances may be addressed to the Grievance Officer, PASDACS Private Limited, at info@pasdacs.com. A named grievance officer is in the process of being formally appointed; until then, grievances sent to this address are handled directly by company leadership.

11. Security

We apply administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data we hold, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) for all website traffic and access controls on the systems where submissions are stored.

12. Children

This website is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
